Meetings and Transcription
How do I start recording a meeting?
Open Cerbite and tap the "New Meeting" button. Cerbite will begin real-time transcription automatically. You can also schedule meetings in advance from the calendar view.
What languages does transcription support?
Cerbite currently supports English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Japanese, with more languages being added regularly.
Can I record meetings from Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet?
Yes. Cerbite integrates with major video conferencing platforms. Connect your accounts in Settings to enable automatic meeting capture.
AI Chat
How does AI chat work?
After a meeting is processed, you can ask Cerbite questions about it in natural language. For example, "What were the action items from Monday's standup?" The AI searches across all your meetings to find the answer.
Can I chat across multiple meetings?
Yes. Cerbite's AI chat searches your entire meeting history, so you can ask questions that span multiple conversations.
How accurate are AI summaries?
Our AI models are highly accurate, but we recommend reviewing summaries for critical decisions. AI-generated content is clearly labeled throughout the app.
Billing and Subscriptions
How much does Cerbite cost?
Cerbite Free includes 30 meetings with AI chat and custom templates. Cerbite Pro is $15/month and includes unlimited meetings plus all premium features.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings then Subscription and tap "Upgrade to Pro". You can pay with any major credit card. Your Pro features activate immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted upon downgrade.
Privacy and Security
Is my meeting data encrypted?
Yes. All meeting data is encrypted end-to-end with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We use a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we cannot access your meeting content.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual meetings from the app. To delete all data or your account, go to Settings then Privacy, or email support@ai-invest.vc.
Is Cerbite GDPR compliant?
Yes. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations. See our GDPR Compliance page for full details.
Device and Sync
Which devices does Cerbite support?
Cerbite is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android, and web browsers. All your data syncs seamlessly across devices in real-time.
Can I use Cerbite offline?
You can view previously synced meetings offline. New meeting recording and AI features require an internet connection.
Account
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
